I think the real issue here is trying to figure out how to get facegen data loaded properly. If you have the ESP for Bijin active, but the FaceGen meshes are missing or can't be seen by the game, then you'll get dark face. You need to make sure that the install order reflects your load order, otherwise your game will load the wrong facegen files for the affected characters. The rule is that the FaceGen meshes and ESP must match. If you've already done Ctrl+F4 in the CK and you ran the CK from MO, then you may need to reinstall your NPC mods. The thing is it's any face overhaul, not just Bijin. Any change to an NPC record has the potential to cause the dark face bug. You can try putting the race edits above your NPC overhaul so that there is no pebble face glitches but this simply means the NPC's that are overhauled will not get any of the race edits.
