I heard a loud boom. 2014caravan passenger head restraint deployed July 2021.no one in vehicle at the time. They said I would have to contact Chrysler myself if I wanted it fixed or reimbursed. Need this fixed!!! WHAT CAN YOU CLAIM Just popped out yesterday. My head rest in my 2013 Chrysler 200 touring deployed also. Was just quoted over 500 to repair it. We were on our way to her appointment for her brain MRI when the headrest hit her in the head and it sounded like a gunshot. There seems to a lot of this happening with these model vans. Our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan headrests just exploded on us while were were parked! 2013 Town and Country Touring Van.. this is crazy all these vehicles they should have a recall and repair them all for FREE!! Drivers side headrest suddenly deployed the other day in my 2012 Chrysler 200. Snaps closed. What happened with the lawsuit?
